For four generations, my family has grown coffee in Tarrazú. My father has farmed our land since he was a boy, but his harvest always went to the local cooperative, blended with everyone else's, and he never knew where it ended up.
Three years ago we began processing our own coffee by hand. I started Manural so he could finally taste it, and so could you.
