Refund policy

Refund and Cancellation POLICY

- Orders: Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before dispatched. Orders that has been delivered cannot be cancelled or refund.

No cancellation or replacement will be accepted for request to grind coffee orders or any personalized item.

- Refunds (if applicable):

Please allow for up to 60 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed up to 10 to 60 days depends on the issuing bank.

- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. - Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@manural.co.
