Domestic Delivery (UAE)
Freshness is at the heart of everything we do.
We roast in small batches on demand to keep your coffee at its freshest.
Orders placed before 10 AM are dispatched the same day and delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 10 AM are dispatched the following day and delivered the day after.
Orders placed Saturday after 10 AM or on Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
Once dispatched, delivery is always next day.
We keep things moving quickly so your coffee arrives fresh, every time.
- Standard Shipping: AED 15 (Flat fee for orders under AED 200).
- Free Shipping: For orders above AED 200.
- Priority Delivery (Dubai Only): AED 25 (Order before 10 AM for Same-Day delivery (Mon–Fri). Others delivered Next-Day.).
- Remote Area Schedule
Locations in Ruwais, Liwa, Hatta, and the Western Region are serviced every Thursday and Sunday. A specialized courier surcharge of AED 30 applies to these zones.
Delivery Coordination
Once your order is dispatched, our delivery partner, our carrier will coordinate with you directly to confirm the specific date and time for drop-off.
Important: Carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the recipient is unreachable after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Terms & Conditions
- Discount Codes: Apply to coffee products only; shipping costs are excluded from discounts.
- Compliance: In accordance with UAE law, Manural FZE does not provide services or products to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
